The stun gun used in the Jurassic Park film was a custom-made prop designed similarly to a cattle prod and was used by the dinosaur handlers. It only appeared in a brief portion of the film. While Jurassic Park employees transferred a Velociraptor to the raptor pen. It got loose and attacked a worker, Jophery. As Robert Muldoon attempted to save Jophrey, he ordered that the employees armed with stun guns electrocute the raptor in a vain attempt to get her to release Jophrey. Other than this, the stun gun did not play a very significant role in the film.
