Perception of Plant Life (C/N)

After Ellie Sattler found out that Serenna Veriformans had been planted by the swimming pool, she mused briefly on the naivety of people concerning plants. As a Paleobotanist, she was disgusted how people didn’t view plants as living things in their own right, rather picking them for their appearance. She realized that the common perception of people was to see living systems interacting among a ‘green’ background. They didn’t realize that plants had defenses, and she understood that it meant that the designers of the Park hadn’t been as careful as they thought.
