The Northwest Dock was situated on the Northwest coast of Isla Nublar. It was seemingly intended primarily for the loading and unloading of various supplies. This area consisted of a large loading bay, and a large dock via at least two cargo ships could approach at once. The area was able to be secured via a gate, and was surrounded by a perimeter fence. The dock also served as a base for storage for vehicles such as trucks and ATV’s for use by the park staff.
Mitch and Tiff initially docked their yacht on the Northwest Dock, and the Campers would return to the dock to search for supplies to repair the Yacht. During this incident, two Ouranosaurs broke the perimeter fence and began to aggressively defend the area from any intruders.
