Robert Muldoon was an alcoholic who kept a stash of whiskey in an unknown location. He drank in times of stress, especially during the raptor breakout. The brand of whiskey is unknown, but it was strong enough to get him drunk after drinking the contents of one or two bottles. John Hammond might have known about Muldoon’s stash because he muses later that hiring a drunk was a mistake.
