This title goes to the classic "Walking With Dinosaurs". I remember when I was little and my dad recorded the episode "Time Of The Titans" and I was hooked instantly

For me this goes to the Hammond Collection T.Rex. Two honorable mentions to the 93 classic Rex and the Legacy collection Brachiosaurus.

Gonna go with Jaws (1975).
