Deinosuchus sp. (L/M)

Deinosuchus is a genus of very large crocodilian in the superfamily Alligatoroidea, related to modern alligators and caimans. It originally lived during the Campanian age of the late Cretaceous period, from 82 to 73 million years ago. Fossils are found in North America. Four species are known: Deinosuchus hatcheri, Deinosuchus rugosus, Deinosuchus schwimmeri, and Deinosuchus riograndensis.
