Catfish (or just Cat) was, presumably the pseudonym of, a blonde waitress at the Hell Creek Bar & Grill, where divorced couple Paul and Amanda Kirby invited Dr. Alan Grant and his colleague Billy Brennan to dinner. She is briefly seen serving Dr. Grant and Billy their Ice Pick beverages (a vodka drink mixed with iced tea and lemon), wearing a white long-sleeved blouse and a watch on her right arm. It is logical to assume that Dr. Grant and Billy knew Catfish personally, as the bar & grill where the Kirby’s dined with them was a local restaurant near Dr. Grant’s dig site on Fort Peck Lake, Montana. Dr. Grant, Billy and other colleagues at the dig site may have eaten at that restaurant frequently and therefore became familiar with the staff there.
