The concept of the Techno Myth was brought up by Ian Malcom as he tried to disprove the Jurassic Park incident to people, especially Richard Levine. His thesis was that humanity had forgotten the old Greco-Roman myths and had filled in the gap with modern day versions. He included conspiracy theories such as the existence of aliens, ESP trained assassins and Nikola Tesla’s energy source under the banner of ‘techno myth’.
