San Diego Wild Animal Park (S/F)

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park (formerly known as the San Diego Wild Animal Park) is a zoo in the San Pasqual Valley of San Diego, near the city of Escondido. The park is best-known for its large array of animals from all over the world, and most notably for its successful breeding program for the California condor. It was mentioned by Peter Ludlow as one of the reasons for San Diego being the original location of Jurassic Park, because people already associated the region with such attractions.
