Land Rover is a British car manufacturer with its headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom which specializes in four-wheel-drive vehicles. It is part of the Jaguar Land Rover group, a subsidiary of Tata Motors of India. It is the second oldest four-wheel-drive car brand in the world (after Jeep).
Before the Isla Sorna expeditions in 1997, four Land Rovers of an unknown make and model can be seen in Mombasa, Kenya, where Ajay Sidhu went to meet Roland Tembo to tell him about InGen’s planned trip to Isla Sorna.
