The residence of John Hammond was a key location leading up to the events of the two expeditions to Isla Sorna in 1997. It was at this location that Ian Malcolm conferred with Hammond concerning Sorna after Hammond summoned him to his residence, and where control of InGen officially shifted from Hammond to his nephew, Peter Ludlow. Malcolm also met with Tim and Lex Murphy at Hammond’s residence, possibly for the first time since the aftermath of the incident on Isla Nublar. Hammond’s residence was outfitted with medical equipment to keep the former CEO in comfort, as his health was beginning to fail at this time, and with a feed to a satellite network with which Hammond had continued observing the dinosaurs on Sorna. Hammond’s residence appears to be located at Park Avenue in New York City.
