Following the reports of aberrant forms washing up on the beaches of Costa Rica, Marty Guitierrez agreed to transport Dr. Richard Levine to one of these sites. The helicopter was large enough to fit Guitierrez, Levine, and the helicopter pilot comfortably. No information about the make or model of the helicopter is available.
