The cattle truck is only used by the unnamed cattle truck driver, a character the reappears throughout the series of Jurassic Park: Redemption starting with the Carnotaurus attacking his truck in issue one.
The vehicle is used for the transportation of cattle, and possibly other livestock, from one location to another. The bed of the truck is enclosed by a cage to keep the animals contained.
In issue one of the series the Carnotaurus rushes from the forest, and rams into the vehicle destroying the cage. It then grabs hold of one of the cows inside and eats it.
